Eddy Ramirez is the President of Select Home Lending, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. With an education background in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Eddy quickly established himself as a trusted leader in residential and commercial lending. He served as Vice President of a mortgage company for eight years before opening Select Home Lending, where he continues to set the standard for excellence, transparency, and client-focused service.
Over the course of his career, Eddy has guided clients through nearly every aspect of lending — from helping first-time buyers purchase their dream homes to assisting investors in building extensive real estate portfolios. His expertise spans a wide range of financing solutions, including multi-million-dollar construction loans and even complex transactions like hotel acquisitions.
Eddy’s philosophy is simple: provide personalized guidance, build long-term relationships, and deliver results that help clients succeed. His commitment to both his clients and his community has made him a trusted name in lending.
Outside of work, Eddy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, giving back through community programs that support local youth, traveling, and fishing.

I thrive on organization, clear communication, and making sure every detail is handled with care so clients can focus on what matters most—getting into their new home.
When I’m not reviewing documents or coordinating with lenders, you’ll find me outdoors enjoying nature, catching a football game, or spending time with my two dogs. They keep me on my toes and always remind me to enjoy the little moments!
Erin Stover
Mortgage Cloising Specialist
Erin has professional experience in real estate and finance, including licensed title insurance agent, mortgage closings, licensed real estate agent, property management, and loan processing. From 1998 to 2012, Erin was a Licensed Escrow Officer, focused on property transactions. Erin has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1998. From 2012 to 2023, Erin was a Mortgage Closing Manager, overseeing the mortgage closing process. She gained experience in property operations and tenant relations through property management from 2023 to 2024. Currently, Erin is a Loan Processor, assisting with loan applications and closings. Erin enjoys spending time with family, boating, camping, and cooking.
